UNFPA
UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is the UN agency focused on sexual and reproductive health, maternal health and population issues around the world.
I worked as a graphic design consultant creating visual communication for internal teams, partners, donors and institutional stakeholders.
The work ranged from presentations and fact sheets to newsletters, web assets, social media graphics and large-format print. Across very different formats, the goal stayed the same: make complex information easier to understand, navigate and use while working within UNFPA’s established visual identity.

Much of the content dealt with technical, institutional and sensitive topics. Before designing, I focused on understanding who the material was for, what needed to be communicated and what information should stand out first.
Hierarchy, typography, spacing and information structure became key tools for turning dense content into communication that felt clear, professional and human.
Rather than applying the brand guidelines in exactly the same way every time, I treated them as a flexible system. Each piece was adapted to its audience, purpose and format while remaining recognisably UNFPA.
This made it possible to move between donor-facing publications, internal presentations, digital communication and large-scale print without losing consistency.

The result is a flexible communication system that turns complex information into clear, accessible and consistent visual communication.
